Organisations around the world have attempted to find a solution for the ongoing problem of trolley management. As a general principle, it is preferable that trolleys remain on the premises which own them. This, however, does not happen, and as a result, Phangela Group Trolley Management has devised the following systems to combat the misuse and/or loss of trolleys:

  1. 1. Trolley Collection Vehicles
  2. 2. Daily Trolley Counts and Reporting
  3. 3. Uniformed Trolley Porters
  4. 4. Customer awareness

VALUE-ADDED SERVICE:

  1. 1. Regular site visits from Management
  2. 2. Permanent Trolley Porter Supervisor on site
  3. 3. Language proficiency
  4. 4. Daily trolley cleaning and maintenance
  5. 5. Weekly deep-cleaning using a high-pressure system

We undertake to adhere to the CPMST as set down by the relevant authorities.
