Training consists of the following modules:

1. General Hygiene and Cleanliness:

  • Personal
  • Work station

2. Customer Relations, including:

  • Communication
  • Politeness
  • Telephone procedures and etiquette

3. Security Aspects, including :

  • Site specific standard operating procedures
  • Alertness
  • Vigilance
  • Actual case studies
  • Dishonesty consequences and implications thereof
  • Self-defence tactics
  • Emergency telephone procedures
  • Various companies’ standard procedures.

4. Employment Conditions and Contract, including :

  • Employers responsibility as prescribed by the LRA
  • Employees responsibility as prescribed by the LRA

The said training will be conducted over a 10 day period, after which an overview examination will be completed with a minimum required pass rate of 75 %.
